I'm hoping that POS student can only find a place on Avenue D. By no means do I denigrate Avenue D here. I just hope the experience splashes the cold water of reality on that Felicity/Magnolia Bakery/Sex in the city attitude.

@ken's kitchen: I moved to Stuytown a few months ago, I'm not a college student and I'm not geriatric. I was once like you. I was an east villager.
$2900 plus broker fee for a 1bed between Aves C and D? YIKES. It seems to have gone up since I was in the market. That area can get a little dicey at night. I think I'm getting a better deal here. There's no broker fee and utilities are included, and there's a few (not as many they advertise mind you) perks to be enjoyed.
Can't fuckin' wait for you to get old KEN.
