Croissanteria, which we first mentioned back in July, had its grand opening this weekend here on Avenue A near East Fifth Street... EVG contributor Stacie Joy stopped by for a few photos...
Hours are 7 a.m. to midnight. Anyone try the cafe-bakery yet...? Let us know in the comments...

Ah, modern social life, where technology thankfully enables us to all share a beautiful common space, enjoy fine coffee and pastry, and complete ignore each other's existence.
The treats do look good. The more sweet shops in the neighborhood, the better!

Clock looks dope
I tried the croissants...omg. Fluffy and yummy!
Stopped in this weekend - friendly staff, great coffee, decadent croissants.
Looks good and fresh bread too.
However, I don't think that they should allow free wi-fi because there isn't enough room. People will park their asses all day and then the rest of us can't come in and sit for 15 minutes.
The only way that it works with wi-fi is if the space is big and certain tables are designated for it. That's not what this is. Free up the tables and let us sit.
Good luck.
oh lord you have got to be kidding me with these horrible never-ending concept restaurants
