How bizarrely inoffensive this building is! I'll be amazed if it comes out looking this good.
They should paint the mullions in the windows a dark color - the white looks odd in the rendering.

I lived on this block (directly across the street from this lot, actually) for years before i bought my place over on 6th and B. it's such a great block, i really miss it... i wish i could afford a place in this building. it looks really nice! finally something that brings a smile around here.
I hope this is a trend.
