Just about two weeks since Banksy dropped his Grim Reaper Bumper Car on the former Billy's Antiques on East Houston ... Billy Leroy reports the following discovery earlier today at The ANNEX flea market on West 25th Street...
"The guy I bought it from found it late Friday night on East 4th Street and 2nd Avenue on the sidewalk. He is a professional dumpster diver and every week he puts out all his finds at the flea market ... needless to say he sold it to me for a very low price...it's just such a coincidence that after all the bad mouthing I did on Banksy last week and here I am tooling around the flea market and, voilĂ , a Banksy appears ... Crazy."

Cool twist of fate.
And what a lucky bastard!
It ain't a Banksy till Pest Control Services says it's a Banksy.
What is Peat Control? and how do We know its legit?
The eyes have it.
Pest Control is the official Banksy authentication service. Google it.
HA, anyone can write Bansky, buddy. But good luck.
Pest control looks fishy How do we know it's run by Banksy There is a lot of press discrediting Pest Control but it's worth a try I'll let you know!pic's have been sent.
Pest Control is a sham.
If Billy thinks it's a Banksy, that's good enough for me.
Jp
Hey, if Billy thinks it's a Banksy, that's good enough for me too. But, if Pest Control doesn't say it's a Banksy then it's worth exactly what Billy paid for it. And not what an authentic Banksy would be worth.
Then you're missing the whole point of what Banksy is all about.
I'm not missing the point. I bought two Banksy prints from some girls in the park for $30 cause I love the guy. And they had a sign that said "not Banksy", And that was fine with me, cause I could believe they could be real. But, I'm not looking to capitalize. I assume Billy would like to. In which case it has to be authenticated. The fact is, he doesn't even have to have done it. He just has to say he did.
