I guess the Jefferson is a reference to the Vaudeville Jefferson Theater which use to be on 14th and 3rd.

When do the dead bodies burst up through the floors? When do the hauntings begin? The suspense is killing me!
I like it... Well not as much as the mystery lot. But, it could have been so much worse and we all know it...
