I like the afterthought TV stuck between the window and the fireplace, and the Design Within Reach furniture in this "luxury" rental.
Exquisitely furnished? Lol ok.
Listing says it's located in the East Greenwich Village!
Masterfully designed four white walls.
One detail that WAS overlooked was having somebody proof that ridiculous real estate spiel.
What does this P.O.S. apartment have to do with a sex movie?!
@2:18 Everyone's unsatisfied.
@2:18 p.m. -- it's sadomasochistic to live in the EV nowadays esp. there in that penthouse.
Nobody bought so now they're renting it out for $15,000/month - to live in a sterile white box with hardwood floors on 7th bet A & B? No wonder it "remains on the market."
If I hear the words East Village and luxury in the same sentence one more time...
@2:46 PM
Brilliant
My friends built that place. They moved just after their baby was born. They added a whole floor to the building. Sorry to see then go but even sorrier to see the overpriced crap and further squeezing of the neighborhood they left in their wake.
I can only imagine the noise on that block...
I like the apartment but NOT the location. The real EV is gone. RIP.
