Oh boy, Japanese crepes! I hope this place is authentic. I saw crepes in Tokyo with hotdogs and squeeze-bottle mayonnaise.
I wouldn't even mind if they pandered a bit by using *artisanal* squeeze-bottle mayonnaise.
