Meanwhile, forgot to note that the 438-branded astroturf arrived on the corner of Avenue A and 11th Street a few weeks back...

No subway signage needed to make people aware of Steiner condos- just cock an ear every Saturday they've banging away even when their permit didn't permit anything but quiet interior work. No rules apply when developers rule. Who's going to be able to afford to live here? Nobody you know.

I kind of dig the Third Ave L stop because it is rather quiet.
People who can afford $11 million condos don't take the train; only the "little people" take the train.
I emailed the marketing team just bluntly asking when occupancy would be... as a guise to see how much longer construction will be.. The reply, sadly, "substantive construction will be complete Q4 2017. Im in 437 e. 12, south facing bedroom. First world proboem, but its been a b*^%#..
I wonder if all the millions they are making on these ugly condos will afford the developers the cash to fix the curbing they completely busted on the south side of the corner of 11th Street and A? And I've seen the workers pouring concrete-laden water down the sewers, which now seem very slow-moving during a storm. The developments need to be accountable for street damage.
6:08 PM: Next time take some pictures of them pouring concrete down the sewers. Report it to the DOB or 311. I don't know that anything will be done, but at least there will be a record...
