One of my favorite buildings (from the outside anyway) in the neighborhood, 65 E. Second St., recently arrived on the sales market.

Meantime, the rents on the other 2 apartments are completely insane, as is the asking price for the building (especially for that location). Seriously, people would rather spend $9,500/month in RENT than put that amount toward a mortgage payment? My mind is officially boggled.
Seriously, respect to Apartment 3.

But . . . let's wait to see who the buyer might be who'll undermine everything, even the structural integrity of the building, and, alas, the viability of apartment 3.
