How come no one ever mentions the Sun Ra residence??? Bird - all the time. Sun Ra - never an electron.
The biggest problem with finding a buyer for this building is people buying in the EV are looking for "investment" and not a home. The landmark status will be considered negative and the building's historic and cultural significance will be not considered a plus.
the brokers look like super douche suits and no business with a listing of this calibre. why do residents not support local brokers?

Sun Ra exists everywhere
It doesn't make any financial sense unless you convert it back into a single residence.
