... and it was a tough night for SUVs. Aside from the parked SUV that went into the sinkhole on Second Street between Avenue A and First Avenue last night... two parked along Avenue A had their back windows smashed in...

    There are at least five smashed up cars on Avenue A. Earlier today I saw three between 4th and 5th street, including one that had the front and back windows smashed. They all had out of state license plates.

    I saw at least four cars on Pitt St. and Stanton St. just below Houston with back windows smashed in yesterday.
