There are at least five smashed up cars on Avenue A. Earlier today I saw three between 4th and 5th street, including one that had the front and back windows smashed. They all had out of state license plates.
A lot more than two break ins!
I saw at least four cars on Pitt St. and Stanton St. just below Houston with back windows smashed in yesterday.
