On Instagram, their motto is "going back to simple." As such, you can see that the menu consists of just a few items — cheeseburgers, an Impossible burger, fries, Mexican Coca-Cola and water...
Owner Kevin Rezvani was previously operating a similar venture in his native New Jersey ... where he opened his first burger joint, Diesel & Duke, a few years back while he was a student at Rutgers. (He recently sold the business, now with five locations, to start 7th Street Burger.)
The quick-serve space is open Thursday through Sunday starting at 4 p.m. for takeout or delivery. (There are also a few tables outside.)
The storefront was previously the longtime home to Caracas Arepa Bar, which closed last fall.

Good pricing! What is with the soft language usage of "impossible' in relation to a burger?
The only thing impossible about a vegan replacement is finding out the true nutrition content of something labeled 'impossible.'
Weird that the website menu offers grilled cheese but it's not on the menu here.
It's so nice to see new places opening on this block (and in the neighborhood generally) as well as established places re-opening. Best, JG
walked by it Friday night, smelled so good!
tried the impossible burger last week and it was delicious! good vibes too!
Why just Thursday to Sunday?
@10:24 Secret menu!
One of the best cheeseburgers ive had in a long time
Had the double with fries and it was one of the best burgers I have ever had. So good you want to go back the next day! For the price it’s best in nyc
I didn’t quite trust the 100% positive reviews on Google… but we ordered in from there last night and the burger was perfect. The fries are decent, but not amazing… definitely a fantastic place in the neighborhood.
