The bakery opened in September 2019 at 164 Graham Ave. at Montrose Avenue... several years after the Win Son restaurant debuted (to long lines).
Many of their goods have been celebrated, like the mochi millet doughnuts. The New Yorker called their Mortadella Pancake a perfect breakfast sandwich in November. You can check out the Win Son Bakery menu here.
The previous tenant here, the dance studio Exile Professional Gym (EXPG), never reopened after the PAUSE of March 2020.

Win Son Brooklyn is very close to the Montrose Avenue L stop — worth the trip. Not sure why the bakery needs a liquor license but it will be a nice addition to our neighborhood.
Finally — this spot has been an eyesore forever. Hopefully, this helps the new spot, Bad Hombre (formerly Amigo), too.
The commercial RE industry in this city is as corrupt and grotesque as it gets.
WinSon is a great spot, I'll be happy to have an outpost here in the EV!
Sorry to be a Debbie Downer, but I see nothing vegan on the menu; that's a hard pass from me.
Hopefully they have the tenacity to get that corner into shape. Its been rough there for a while.

I'm not expecting every restaurant to be vegan or even vegan-friendly, but most restaurants offer something that doesn't have meat in it—for instance, if an omnivore needs to give a reason for a vegan friend to accompany their party of 6, they can say, "The fries are amazing!"
But you do you.

They are open for lunch and dinner, and serve sandwiches and fried chicken, etc. Fries are on the menu... I linked to the menu in the post.
