this sign means that someone was in fact removing the tape for some reason. pretty funny.
Obviously, the sign is holding up the door.
It meand Do not take the tape off the door. There is some sort of tape.
I think a resident here has a videotape of the door. And he got into a fight with his girlfriend, who is moving out. It's a plea for her NOT to take that tape with her.Obviously!
