there is now a stop work order in effect at 35 cooper! seems that a demo application usually takes 8 days of prelim checking ------ NOT instant approval!! aahhhh....... there is a smell in the air........

In a few days it will be a full moon, the last this little building will ever see, after witnessing who knows how many thousands of them. God DAMN it.
Am I missing something??? (Like a solid reason to demo a page of history?)
