Mars Bar condo conversion complete
As a follow-up from our post yesterday ... offering a glimpse of what this corner at Second Avenue and East First Street might look like one day with luxury housing on the way...

Wow, that's the scariest the Mars Bar has ever looked. Easter Sunday is coming up this week! Sadly it might be the last one. I'll be there for sure! Thanks for posting memories of last year there. My favorite night on the bar crawl!
