I am not surprised. I inspected this building with the NYC DOB and noticed immediately how poorly this building is constructed. It was built by the chinese looking to save every last penny.

That crack has been there for about 2 weeks now. It happened when they were re-doing the sidewalk in front of the building.
The crack is fixed as of this morning.
