At least according to the workers inside the location here near Third Avenue ... seems as if this place has been closed for renovations for, well, a really long time...Maybe March?
it hasn't been *closed* for renovations...per se. they've been running a very busy catering business out of that space for quite a while....vans lining up every morning for the lunch run.

They've told me they are reopening 'next week'..at least 3 other times this summer...We will see...
I forgot to walk by today to see if this blessed event had occurred ...
Still closed as of this morning.
