You know, I read these public notes while I walk my dog and I am always prepared for the worst - a lost pet notice. So when I see drivel like this I don't know wether to be relieved that is it just a leash or annoyed that it is JUST A LEASH.

Dogs have a difficult time with writing dates!

Well Cesare did a very good job with the rest of the letter. I'm guessing dogs do very good job with drawing little faces, as seen on this notice.
And Victoria's have a difficult time with spelling! wether = whether in that first comment.
