I live a couple doors down from this one. They put the extra floors in maybe 6-7 years ago. Nice job. While I love the view from my roof (visible in the last shot), I never realized it was "jaw dropping."
Can I take a dip if I take a look?
I could easily do 5,000 laps in that pool.
after I hit lotto - BL
Pool………….Hah!
I'll take it! Now I just need to find 23 roommates.
@ pinhead
My car filled with your beer buddies going up to empty my parents' liquor cabinet. It's too depressing to think about.
I see nothing wrong with this place, I just wish I had the means...
My dear friend Erin is showing it. She's a doll and a super friendly gal. Kudos to her for landing this listing.
Congrats Erin, can I mow your lawn?
The pool ain't with the lawn? Next...
Who let this photographer into my penthouse?
Bland apartment.
ha ha the view won't stay jaw dropping for long, luxury towers coming to every street near you
No slide = no glide = no deal!
fireplace? check. pool? check. extra space? check. it has all my must-haves except a parking spot. so i'm gonna have to pass.
I love broker speak "where east village meets noho", in other words, for people who think EVZ is slumming and are married to living near another broker invented neighborhood.
when they built this it cut off an hour of my sunlight (from 2:30pm to 3:30 pm) November to February. So it annoys me (I live on the other side of the marble cemetery, you can see my building on your photo) but it looks like a nice place and there's nothing I can do about it.
And the views over the cemetery will keep ... those townhouses, plus the cemetery, are part of the East Village landmarks area now.
Permanent Vacation should be viewed before anyone rents the space, if only so that the "lucky denizens" could spend 90 minutes learning how much has changed.
They need some Art on those walls
