I am not a snake person and don't know what types of snakes are shown in this EVG photo, but I'm pretty sure that the guy walking with not one but two of them coiled around his neck is improperly handling them both for the safety of the two snakes and that of the people and animals around him, not to mention his own safety.
My guess is that likely the snakes are going to suffer the most from all of this.
Ohh look at me, I'm riding a jerrybuilt ten-foot tall bike down the select bus lane, ohhh look at me, I'm swinging a samurai sword in TSP, ohh look at me I'm dressed up like a giant redwood tree, wearing several large snakes around my neck, etc. People like this make me hate where I live sometimes.
