And here's another view via an EVG reader...
The retail spaces are on the market via landlord Icon Realty. One slot is $10k a month, and it appears that both combined are $20k.
The residential listings for the 6-floor building are not online just yet. So here's what New York Yimby had on these units back in the spring:
All combined, available apartments will include six five-bedroom homes and eight two-bedroom units, with select units offering private outdoor space. All residents will have access to a large open-air roof terrace and cellar-level bike storage. In addition to a residential lobby, two 800-square-foot commercial suites will occupy the ground floor of each building...
And a flashback to when work got underway in October 2020...

Not an attractive gray, has that bit of smoked out/after a fire look.
5 bedroom party party pad for newly minted tech workers!
Hope the grumps like the restored brick building. It's about as appealing as a thumb hit with a hammer. But hey look what you get inside- 5 bedroom bro castles, party space for roof top soirees, and elegant wrought iron terraces overlooking Ave B. Let's get this party started!
So much for the city shutting down the rooftop parties. How soon before there is a rager here?
It's a dorm.
Balcony Bros....
I live next door to a building with four-bedroom apartments, garden spaces and a party deck. It's a frat house. My sympathies to anyone who lives within earshot of this hulking gray nightmare, once a nice building offering shelter to people who wanted to live in the neighborhood, not be giant pains in the asses to it.
I happened upon this monstrosity yesterday morning. It has the "villain" headquarters look I thought but now knowing ICON was behind it my hunch was correct. 5 bedrooms could only mean one or two things, a brothel or bro-hell. I feel for any civilized person living within earshot of this shit palace.
I’m so glad after almost 30 years I moved out of 29 Ave B two years ago
Gorgeous upgrade to an otherwise neglected building in varying stages of disrepair.
