Yikes… at first glance I was excited about a new seafood spot but it’s a closing! Totally missed it. That 1st Ave block is a sh*t show of restaurant shuffles. Hey, we could use a smoke shop in the area.

Ah, what a bummer. I ate there a few times - was delicious, but the inside was always empty, so it's not a surprise they're closing.

Any place that calls itself a "boil" reminds me of the unfortunately-named "Red And Gold Boil" that closed a few years ago. (How many people walked by that place and said to themselves, "That boil should be lanced!")
Crab Du Jour has had several quick open and quick close scenarios across the Easter half of the US. Some as short as 3 months - why would a business do this? Food was pretty good, but yes empty, so it was weird. Reminds me of the old NY italian restaurants that used to be empty back in the 70s and 80s.
