Raf's "aims to evoke the grand cafés of Europe and create an intimate space for café culture downtown," per Forbes. The new space will be open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Raf's will also be making use of Parisi's "immaculately preserved built-in bread ovens."
Eater has a preview here.
Reservations for Raf's start this week.

This is awesome. Love this little stretch of Elizabeth St., with Tom & Jerry’s next door.
what is awesome about losing an integral affordable nyc institution thats been there since 1974 and replacing it with some rich people bullshit??
wasn’t there a Parisi Bakery outpost on 4th street just west of 1st Ave? I loved their pistachio cupcakes
