Aside from a new entryway... the Bowery Electric folks said that they are debuting a new live room tonight (it's at the back of the main bar) ... with a spoken word performance by Brother Mike Cohen...

I didn't know Brother Mike did spoken word! I knew him as a DJ (and the ex of a old friend). You all probably knew him as a DJ, too, if you ever went to the Virgin Megastore in Union Square. Mike's a great guy.
