It's Daniel buying a soda ... Jerry Delakas is open for business again today after the city closed his newsstand nearly five weeks ago for "operating illegally" ... he won't be fully stocked up with newspapers and what not for another day or so...

Elections matter. We should be seeing an end to those awful horse carriages soon.
SO now its up to all of you to actually go buy some newspapers. he's got to make $33 a day just to pay his fine.
I like the horses even if I'd never ride one. It is the cars that should be banned from the park.
If the businesses can't take care of their animals then they should be put out of business.

Yes, nygump: I'm definitely going to buy some newspapers from Jerry. He's salt-of-the-earth and a reason I still want to stay in this neighborhood.
