"Luminous," the new record by The Horrors, is out this week ... and it includes this song, "So Now You Know." (Anyone else prefer the band's previous sound ... like this?)
I understand where you are coming from, I loved the early garage-y stuff, too. That said, there a TON of bands mining those sounds these days. I'm happy with where the Horrors went on Primary Colours and Skying, and thus far have found Luminous to be a worthy addition to very strong catalog. Give the new record a chance.

I actually really like "Primary Colours" … and "Skying" a little less so … "Luminous" hasn't grown on me just yet… I'll keep on it!
