40's? Maybe with a heavy addiction , but if that's 40's than my face cream is REALLY good.
Seriously?! Robbed by a corpse? lol
in his 40s? are we sure about that number?
Honestly, I see a lot of NYPD standing around doing nothing...and there's a ton of them in the neighborhood since the explosion. WHERE ARE THEY? How many robberies will it take?
Is that a “Members Only” jacket?
He robbed the same place twice within three days? That takes balls. Or stupidity.
The NYPD needs 30,000 new hires, drones, hidden surveillance and gun shot detection to catch this old man.
Okay, I must look great for my 40s because this guy looks a lot older than me! He looks like he could be my grandpa! As a previous poster noted, if he is in his 40s, he must have done some serious drinking and drugs to look like that.
that dude looks a year younger than God
I agree with 10:03. When I see NYPD officers anywhere, they are usually talking to each other and exhibiting zero "situational awareness." I'll never forget the time I asked a cop, during a major parade, whether the subway station whose rail she was leaning against was open for service.
She didn't know.
Why don't they all just walk a beat? Wouldn't it be more personnel-efficient, as well as crime-effective?
Plenty of cops available to deal with the Edward Snowden statue, however....
