Pooper scooper law is ridiculous anyway, even if enforced. Bits of the poop and pee are all over the sidewalk. Why can't we go back to "curb your dog"?
This new breed of entitled New Yorker thinks putting a leash on their dog or picking up their poop is optional
East Village is absolutely disgusting with dog shit. All of the dog owners in this area should be ashamed and appalled at the state of affairs here. Clean up after your dogs and yourselves!
