A reader-submitted photo of a headless Santa on Avenue D this morning... some kind of SantaCon warning?

Oh Santa

1) On 14th Street at First Avenue. The inflatable Santa made a return to the Christmas tree stand. In previous years, the Santa had been on top of a Cousin Eddie-worthy RV. 

2) Today would have been SantaCon.

Earlier this morning (8-ish) on 13th Street between Second Avenue and Third Avenue...

As I continued toward Second Avenue, I heard Santa start yelling/screaming something like %#^@*@*%$$#@!, which led me to think he had been out since last Saturday.

East 14th Street Santa watch is on

The RV arrived Sunday evening here at First Avenue… the trees on Wednesday.

Santa likely won't be here until after the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade. Seeing as there is only one Santa.

Rather annoying Santa still feels compelled to wave on Avenue C
