Can I just have the back yard?
This is one of my favorite buildings on one of my favorite blocks....anyone got $3.2M I could borrow? Er, have?
I wish more buildings would get colorful paint jobs...
I hope the mice aren't included...Goggla, in my new city/neighborhood(Richmond/The Fan) the row houses are painted in a giant rainbow of colors, with neighbors teaming up to get complimentary paint jobs. The effect is marvelous. We even have a couple of purple/hot pink houses that got through before the yuppies took over the neighborhood association and started issuing dictats about EVERYTHING...
@Goggla
I can spot you $5. And a leftover 2-for-1 poker chip from HiFi.
and i will contribute a 2-for-1 happy hr chip from scholbreds.
what, you can't buy townhouses in drink tickets? I THOUGHT THIS WAS THE NEW EAST VILLAGE!
Hey, if a guy can buy a house starting with one red paperclip, I'm sure we can do it starting with poker and beer chips!
@Goggla, I'll share it with you? I can chip in about 1/100th. I am certain we can rent out the roof and the basement to make up the rest.
