... then the NYPD arrived... who told him to move the canvas onto the sidewalk...

ART-HATING COPS, go patrol the out of control developers who jeopardize the lives and health of vulnerable tenants, or the jock-frat monsters who roam freely, wasted, knocking into old puerto rican ladies and not even saying excuse me!!!
