There was a time when the psychic always had a different puppy. Always a breed but at least one was killed in traffic on 2nd Ave. A dog appeared to be a sales gimmick.
Customer/sucker holding out palm to "psychic"/scammer: "What do you see?"Scammer: "You are going to lose $10.00."Sucker: "Wow. What do I owe you?"Scammer: "That will be $10.00."
