GREAT space inside. Looks like a version of every ad/design agency I've gone through while living in this city.

Not a knock, just wondering why ALLDAYEVERYDAY is either closing up shop or giving it up. It's a primo office that would last for a long haul. Maybe long life creative companies aren't to be expected in this new era of ours. Should just convert it back into residencies.
