Neon by Cheng opened last week at 66 E. Seventh St. between First Avenue and Second Avenue... the boutique is via designer Cheng-Huai Chuang

@chenghuaichuang debuted his own fashion line in 2010 and has been featured in publications such as Vogue, Elle, Marie Claire, WWD, Interview, V Magazine, Nylon, Essence, and more.
