Several American flags are on-site to mark the occasion...
Façade installation is underway now... with the first floor-to-ceiling window panels arriving...
Also! Part of Kendall Jenner's elbow remains visible on the mostly-obscured Marc Jacobs billboard on the building next door ...
This development — offering full-floor office suites — replaces the single-level B Bar & Grill (1994-2020) on property that was previously a gas station.
The developers of this project within the Soho/Noho rezoning area are reportedly a collaboration between SK Development, Ironstate and CB Development.

What a shame
Does anyone know why there has been no activity at the construction site of the old Nativity Church?
just what the city needs, more office space. 🙄
This is such a stupid project. It should be housing.
More wasted space. Yes, affordable housing which will never happen in the East Village again.

WOW! Now that is progress.
Sad this isn't housing. Better than a one-story building since it will be a higher tax base... Much better if it was housing.
Big, ugly glass box office building that is not needed at all.
That beautiful spanse of open sky as you walk west on East 4th disfigured forever.
I like it very much. Let's clean up these streets!
"Let us clean up the streets," xo DDDDD Developer forever!!! LOL!!!!! Let us now open up a book.......Cue....
Pretty soon the glass will be installed and then we can start counting the dead birds. Disgusting. Disgraceful.
I walked past there the other day and the large advertisement billboards are mostly covered up by the new building. I wonder how that works does the new building owners have to buy the billboards from the company that owns them even though they will never be seen by anyone again?
Troll developers love this shit!!
Remote work is becoming the norm. So many office buildings here in Manhattan where there are endless vacancies. This would be cool if it offered affordable housing instead. Who ever will be able to afford space here????
They recently replaced the plywood fence at 2nd and 2nd with a chainlink fence. Now we can watch what does (or does not) happen there, and keep an eye on the surrounding buildings, which may be undermined by the excavation.
A group of neighbors were instrumental in alerting DOB to continuous violations in every aspect of the demolition and successfully drew attention to flaws in the construction plans that would jeopardize the adjacent buildings. The developers have stopped work…for now.
