Look forward to it every year, always the same weekend as the Norwegian Independence Day parade in Bay Ridge. Also used to coincide with the late, lamented Stuy Town yard sale.
Seems as if it rains every year on this weekend.
Either that, or so hot and still that you can barely breathe.
