Hmm. These have been there about 3 days now - the longest graffiti has ever survived on this wall.
Oh, so they'll paint over the tags but not shovel the snow-covered sidewalks?
You're right. I actually talked to someone once about the wall and their policy seemed to be to paint it every night. Why they don't sweep or shovel every night as well is a mystery.
why don't they keep the shelves stocked and the lines moving... another thing we'll never know..
