Between all the roadwork, building construction, outdoor dining shelters, homeless encampments, bike lanes, et al we are running out of god-dang space in this city. Congestion pricing, help us.
Just enough space to get my Revel moped though while dragging a CitiBike behind me.
Just enough room for bike wheels to fit.
St Marks Place needs to be closed for trough traffic, open for deliveries and emergency vehicles only, a shred St, 5 MPH, same as on University Place between Union Sq and 13th Street. Problem solved.
