I saw these “cone heads” this evening. I was wondering what they were doing a bit early for halloween. They looked like they were having fun.
This makes me happy!
Saw them on the corner of Essex and Delancy about 3:45 yesterday afternoon causing a huge traffic jam coming off the Williamsburg Bridge. And they seemingly didn't care

This is perfect. Just tried to see if there was any video on youtube but no luck. Hopefully they see this and post.
