This space has seen a handful of quick-serve establishments in recent years, most recently Korean Street Foods.
A coming-soon sign for The Burger Guy (or "The Burger Guy") arrived last April, but he never arrived as promised.

The placeholder website("passionate" "rich traditions ... with a modern twist" ... "handcrafted dishes" ) has a presumably placeholder menu which is very elaborate and entirely Thai.

Wow I looked at the menu, and it is all Thai food I thought from the sign that they would be serving middle eastern or Turkish type food.
I don't think they've updated the menu TBH
Nice a simple kebab place is a good addition, looking forward to it. I assume it's open late (assume so since it's Thompkins/StMarks area).
And did folks notice the “open for limited flavors “ sign at Ralph’s next door?! I Walked by yesterday and was surprised to see the window open and lights on!
