'Tis the season for the 3rd & B'zaar Holiday Market

The third annual holiday market is open for the season at 3rd & B'zaar191 E. Third St. between Avenue A and Avenue B.

Once again, you can find vintage goods, art, holiday wear, jewelry, accessories, housewares, and more created by 30 local designers, artists and merchants through Dec. 24.

New vendors include Shorebird Vintage (@shorebird_vintage) and Case en Pointe Bags (@caseenpointebagsnyc). Meanwhile, local resident-entrepreneur Kadidja Kabore-Lamport is making a 3rd & B'zaar return with her natural beauty products.

The market will also be selling items from La Sirena on Third Street. While La Sirena owner Dina Leor is not a vendor, the 3rd & B team are big fans of her Mexican folk art and did a wholesale order with her.

Hours: Wednesday through Sunday, 1-7 p.m. There's a special evening event on Dec. 17 with extended hours from 7-9.

Ringing in the holiday season at 3rd & B'Zaar

A seasonal holiday market returns today to 3rd & B'Zaar.

The mixed-vendor market and event space at 191 E. Third St. between Avenue A and Avenue B will once again host a variety of local designers, artists, merchants and vintage sellers through Dec. 24.

The 3rd & B'Zaar social platforms — Instagram and Facebook — have been featuring the vendors each day. The space is open from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Wednesday-Sunday with some later-evening events in the works.

3rd & B'Zaar debuted late last year with a month-long Holiday Market followed by Sex, Love & Vintage in February ... Spring Into Pride in May and June ... and Summer in the City in the, uh, summer...  with several art shows in between.

3rd & B’Zaar will 'Spring Into Pride' throughout May on 3rd Street

3rd & B’Zaar is ready to Spring Into Pride in May.

The mixed-vendor market and event space at 191 E. Third St. between Avenue A and Avenue B debuts its latest extravaganza tomorrow (May 1) with 30 local designers, artists, makers, vintage sellers, etc., including (in the top photo) Sara Ann Rutherford, Frank New and Delphine le Goff.

Hours: 1 to 6 p.m. Wednesday through Sunday.

Ahead of the grand opening, East Village-based artist Scooter LaForge was putting his mark on the interior... EVG contributor caught a work-in-progress glimpse the other day...
3rd & B’Zaar debuted late last year with a month-long Holiday Market ... followed by Sex, Love & Vintage in February.... with several art shows for good measure.

'Diamonds, Razors & Champagne' debuts today at 3rd & B’Zaar

3rd & B’Zaar, the mixed-vendor market and event space at 191 E. Third St. between Avenue A and Avenue B, is hosting a new art show this month.

Diamonds, Razors & Champagne opens today at noon. The show, curated by Leopold Masterson and featuring the work of some 20 artists, will be up through April 23. 

Hours: noon to 8 p.m. daily with a closing-night event on April 22.

And coming soon: the space will become the Spring Into Pride market for the month of May. Stay tuned for more details on that.

A show of Local Artists this weekend at 3rd & B’Zaar

3rd & B’Zaar, the mixed-vendor market and event space at 191 E. Third St. between Avenue A and Avenue B, is hosting an art show this weekend with an array of local artists.

The opening reception is tomorrow (Friday!) evening from 6-9. The show will then run this weekend — 1-6 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday.

And coming soon: the space will become thSex, Love & Vintage Market from Feb. 1-Feb. 28. Stay tuned for more details on that.

3rd & B’Zaar Holiday Market now open for the season

The 3rd & B’Zaar Holiday Market has opened its doors at 191 E. Third St. between Avenue A and Avenue B... offering "unique gifts at affordable prices." A group of local merchants, artists and designers are behind the venture, which will remain open through Dec. 24.

The Market, which debuted yesterday, is open Wednesdays through Sundays from 1 to 6 p.m.  Guests are limited to a few at a time indoors (masks are required to enter).
