Boutique 67 ready for sales on Avenue C

[Rendering via Vinbaytel]

Six of the 8 units at the new building at 67 Avenue C are now on the market. Oh, and the residences have a name — Boutique 67.

The units range in price from $825,000 for a one-bedroom unit to $1.85 million for the penthouse, according to Streeteasy.

Here's the listing for the penthouse via Douglas Elliman:

Residence PHB is a beautiful, loft-like, duplex 1bd/2ba home with a large, private terrace offering abundance of light and open city views to the East.

Each apartment is outfitted with open, custom designed German kitchens and vanities, Caesarstone countertops, extra wide with a beautiful light wash hardwood flooring, 8 foot tall interior doors, 10 foot ceilings, top of the line stainless steel appliances by Bosch, Summit and GE, contemporary fuacets, washer / dryer, as well as central air and heat.

Boutique 67 is the latest addition to Alphabet City and the East Village. This exciting boutique development will offer 8 spectacular residences ranging from one to three bedrooms, including two Penthouse units with private roof rights.

Living in the East Village is to submerge yourself in this vibrant neighborhood, full of art galleries, boutiques, award-winning restaurants and nightlife. The uniqueness of the area has kept its long standing charm and continues to attract visitors who love to explore all the wonderful diversity.

Anticipated completion late Summer/Early fall 2015.

The rendering doesn't show a retail space... the real-life No. 67 has a for rent ad on the plywood for a storefront.

The condos rose from part of the former Kingdom Hall that was owned by the Jehovah's Witnesses at 67 Avenue C between East Fourth Street and East Fifth Street. We first heard about the sale back in August 2009.

Looking at 67 Avenue C, where the condo views are spectacular and surreal

Just checking in on the progress at 67 Avenue C, where 8 boutique condos have risen from part of the former Kingdom Hall that was owned by the Jehovah's Witnesses … workers have removed the scaffolding and construction netting here just south of East Fifth Street…

Developer Natan Vinbaytel's website now includes pricing for the units… the one-bedroom suites run between $825,000 and $860,000 … the one-bedroom penthouse is $950,000 … the two-bedroom penthouse is $1.85 million…

According to the site, the one-bedroom penthouse has "spectacular views" while the two-bedroom penthouse has "surreal views."

Adding: the rending to see what the final product will look like...

Condos rising on Avenue C will feature 'surreal views'

There's more information available about the condos rising from part of the former Kingdom Hall that was owned by the Jehovah's Witnesses at 67 Avenue C.

Signs recently arrived on the plywood pointing to the developer Natan Vinbaytel's website...

... including a shot of what the final product will look like...

There's not much information (such as pricing) on the seven units that will be available starting on July 1. The site does boast these condo amenities, including "surreal views" (?????)

Meanwhile, the plywood still features a photo of a different building than the one going up here near East Fifth Street...

Maybe 67 Avenue C will eventually look like this random building some day

As we've pointed out, a residential building is rising from part of the former Kingdom Hall that was owned by the Jehovah's Witnesses at 67 Avenue C.

According to DOB permits, we're looking at a 7-story, 7-unit residential building with a ground-floor retail space here next to the laundromat at East Fifth Street. The building will be topped off by a duplex penthouse.

To date, we hadn't seen a rendering. And then this appeared on No. 67's plywood last week…

Looks nice like a nice building, wherever it is supposed to be. Wrong address, size, neighborhood, etc.

What a 7-floor new building above the Jehovah's Witnesses on Avenue C is starting to look like

Construction is moving along quickly (it seems) at 67 Avenue C near East Fifth Street… where a 7-story, 7-unit residential building is going up at the former Kingdom Hall that was owned by the Jehovah's Witnesses…

We still haven't seen a rendering yet. Anyone?

First sign of the new 7-floor condo rising above the Jehovah's Witnesses on Avenue C

There's now noticeable progress at 67 Avenue C near East Fifth Street… where a 7-story, 7-unit residential building is going up at the former Kingdom Hall that was owned by the Jehovah's Witnesses.

Approved permits with the city show plans for 1,843 square feet of commercial space and 7,451 square feet of residential space. The building will be topped off by a duplex penthouse.

We haven't seen any renderings just yet. We're curious how this luxury housing will look in between the corner laundromat and the Jehovah's Witnesses, who continue to use the adjacent space at 63 and 65 Avenue C.

Construction watch: 67 Avenue C

As previously reported, the two-story Kingdom Hall owned by the Jehovah's Witnesses at 67 Avenue C will soon yield a 7-story, 7-unit residential building.

Work started here between East Fourth Street and East Fifth Street earlier this month ...

The city approved permits for 1,843 square feet of commercial space and 7,451 square feet of residential space on Aug. 1. The building will get five new levels, including "a penthouse vertical extension."

As we understand it, the Jehovah's Witnesses will continue to use the adjacent space at 63 and 65 Avenue C.
