The bakery focuses on two cookie varieties: a signature chocolate chip cookie — available warm or chilled — and a classic sugar cookie.
According to the company, the cookies are made with European butter, Belgian chocolate and free-range eggs.
This marks the bakery's third NYC location, joining its original shop from 2023 in the Financial District and a walk-up window in SoHo.
The business takes over the space from a previous cookie shop — Gooey on the Inside, which closed in the late spring after nine months. Owner Kafi Dublin said the space "just wasn't working."
