Hooray! I've lived on this block for a while now, and the difference without the scaffolding on either side (13th & 2nd was covered for a bit as well) is amazing.

Hi Jill...Yeah, they did it like sort of whitish-grayish color...then threw on a few coats of brown...Nice and drab!
