Great news about the victory of the Donut Pub. I don't live in the West Village anymore but if I'm ever in the neighborhood I always stop there.
Speaking of donuts, where can I get one in the EV??? Since the DD on 2nd & 11th closed I wouldn't even know where to look. That settles it-- the EV needs its own indie donut shoppe!
Well there's the Donut Plant on the LES which is fantastic, but the lines on weekends are increasingly very long.
who the hell is LES jewels and why must i know this name.

True! I enjoy putting them together... Unfortunately, it needs to happen during the Grieve 9-5 day, and I usually can't don one then...
