The Green Apple Smoke Shop is now open on Fourth Street just west of Avenue B... in a long vacant storefront (previous tenants, some years back, included a hair salon and psychic).
The local smoke shop openings seem to be averaging about 2-3 a month of late...

Thrilling. They're opening up on across from East Village Finest deli as well on that corner.
Enough already. Every time i walk by these smoke shops, they're almost always empty. Enough.

Isn’t there a law that smoke and vape shops cannot be within a certain number of feet of a school? Someone might want to notify the PTA presidents and Councilmember Carlina Rivera.
