They also posted a video on Instagram (see below) to ensure that people know it's business as usual here seven days a week (7 a.m. to 7 p.m.)

you would think places like GNC/vitamin shoppe would do better post pandemic.
Ok, I'm probably wrong, but I suspect that the former Vitamin Shoppe / Lids, which they've combined is going to be a new Starbucks.
The sleek new shiny clean Starbucks is down the road at 444 Broadway.
GNCs/ Vit Shops got pushed out due to online shopping and in store shop lifting.
GNC/Vitamin Shops are franchises. Not all of them are created equal. Shoplifting was probably not the reason this spot closed. I went in a while ago and the prices were way higher than the GNC website and not competitive with Costco or Amazon.
