I took the ferry to Rockaway a couple of weeks ago -- the $4 ride might be the best deal in NYC. I would've loved one of the Ramones stickers, thanks for posting this Grieve!
If you time it right and the weather cooperates, it's the cheapest sunset cruise around.
Be sure to also "cruise" by 53rd Street and 3rd Avenue in Manhattan.
